The Expedition 8000 Mitts are specialist insulated mittens, made using a combination of down and synthetic insulation, designed for use in 8000m altitude or polar environments.

850FP high-quality Hydrophobic Down is combined with dual layered PrimaLoft® Gold insulation to produce a very warm mitt designed to keep you warm in the most extreme conditions. The Expedition 8000 Mitts feature 70 denier nylon reinforcements in high wear areas, textured grip palms for use with ice axes and tools, and wrist leashes to ensure a safe and secure fit.

A low-bulk cuff and wide opening ensure that the mitts are easier to take on and off, even in the harshest polar conditions.
